You are known for shooting kids does that limit you or expand the brand? I don't think it limits me because if you can shoot kids you can damn near shoot anything. Children are very challenging to shoot and takes a great deal of patience, so if you can master that and still be able to produce magic then shooting anything else is a piece of cake. 

 

 

 

Are you single and if so what " picture " perfect quality does that lucky guy must have? Yes I am single!! My picture perfect guy would be someone who understands my craft and my schedule, it would be cool to date a photographer...lol. But most of all someone who is honest and faithful and able to have a great relationship with my two boys.

 

 

 

Your first photo exhibit is Feb 11th what's the theme and why ? The theme is,  "A Father's Love"...I feel like so much attention has been put on mothers and their positive roles as parents that we also forget that there are some really great dads out there doing right by their kids. I am a single mom raising two children on my own, their fathers are absent in their life and I want my boys to see this exhibit as something positive and also empower them to be great fathers to their children and not continue that awful cycle of being a absent father.

 

 

 

 

If you could have one camera company to send you all they products who would it be ? CANON!!!!!! I am a die hard canon fan!!!!!!

 

 

 

What's the DVD you have and watch over and over? Candyman, I just love that movie, I get scared all over again each time I watch it.


 

 

 

Do you have any pets? Yes and No...Sebastian, he is actually my mom's dog but I take care of him. He is like my 3rd child and I just love him to pieces. 

 

 

 

 

 

What's your favorite color? Right now its pink, why I dont know i used to HATE pink.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do you relax? Once the boys are sleep I will pop in one of my fav shows, (right now its Criminal Minds, I just LOVE me some Shemar Moore, hoping to photograph him one day...lol) and relax!!


 

 

 

 

Where is the one place you have to travel before you close your eyes? I want to travel to Japan, I just love the people and culture


 

 

 

Who bought your first camera? My grandmother gave me my first camera as a Christmas present, I think I was about 10yrs old not sure. But every time I pick up my camera I think about her (just talking about her brings tears to my eyes) :-( .... I think my love for photography really grew when she gave me that pink camera. Thanks momo, I love you!!!! <3 (that's what we called her)



 

 

Describe your most memorable shoot? Oh God another tear jerking question, I would have to say the client with cancer. I get this call from a young girl who is wanting images of herself. So we set up the appointment which took place at her home, so once I get there and she opens the doos she is completely bald and I'm like in total shock, it kind of caught me off guard because I wasnt expecting it. I never ask her what type of cancer she had but I later found out it was a very rare type of cancer, I cant remember the name. Any who...This girl is just full of life, she is in her early twenties, going to school to be a cosmetic surgereon, OMG she was just an inspiration. She was very bubbly and full of life, I wanted to just cry that she was living with the illness. This was about 2yr ago, and now she is in remission (praise God).


 

 

 

Baths or Showers and what's your favorite soap? Showers, you know momma always say baths are not good for girls...lol...I used to be into bath and body works but now I just settle for baby wash, its just so refreshing to me and not full of all those harsh chemicals.


 

 

 

 

Are you the type that have to make your bed every morning? NOPE..lol

 

 

 

 

Where do you like to shop? I love the Mac Store and Gamestop I am a huge gadget geek and I am love video games!!!

 

 

 

 

Tell me where you wanna vacation next? I want to spend my next vacation in Vegas and Los Angeles, I mainly want to go and shoot and make some industry contacts. I would love to relocate to California in the next couple of years.
